You are welcome to join the Executive Learning Center Community “Learning Through Sharing” Event  entitled  "Cross Cultural Management" on June 19, 2010 in Beijing.

During this event, each participant will contribute to the discussion of "cross cultural Management" from their own practice. It is encouraged that you share with the group your best practice and your challenges that still need to be solved. Hopefully, each particpant will learn from each other through the open sharing atmosphere.

Date: June 19, 2010
Time: 2:00-5pm
Language: English mainly, interpretor is available
Facilitator: Ms. Julia Feng
Topics could be covered:
1. How to manage foreign boss or subordinates?
2. How to persuade people from different culture background.
3. How to establish cross-cultural business or personal relationship?
4. Tips on manners that are cultural-sensitive

Fee: Rmb 50 (tea and snack is provided)
